Creating and Nurturing a Successful Practice: What they Didn’t Teach you in Grad School
So many of us were fed the same line in graduate school: “Work for an agency, get your hours, then start a private practice”. Unfortunately, what we were never fed was how to actually make that happen. This course is the “meal” you’ve been waiting for! Through practical exercises, guided imagery, and real-life examples, you will be gently guided towards envisioning a practice that both embodies your essence as a healer and generates income.
Whether you’re a student, just starting a practice or a twenty-year “vet” this workshop will provide you with the tools you need to creating (or re-creating) the practice of your dreams. Attention will be paid to both the internal and external roadblocks that make it difficult to move ahead with private practice. Participants will learn how to use social media as a marketing and business tool, as well as other creative ways to generate referrals and grow a successful practice.
